But you will need the following Driving Licence Requirements: • Full UK or EU driving licence., • Minimum of 12 months driving experience, • Maximum of 6 penalty points. As this is a customer facing role, good communication skills are also essential. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance. Pay Structure: The position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. This is a varied, fast-paced role that sits at the heart of the business, supporting day-to-day transport operations, customers, drivers, customs processes, and bookings across the UK and Europe. The Role This is a broad, operational role where you will be heavily involved in the coordination of transport movements, customer support, driver liaison, bookings, customs documentation, and live job management. You will work closely with the Transport Manager and wider operations team to ensure jobs are planned, executed, and delivered smoothly, customers are kept informed, and any issues are dealt with quickly and professionally. The role also includes out-of-hours support on a rota basis and occasional hands-on support within the warehouse environment.
