We’ve built a loyal client base across Pitsea, Basildon, Wickford, and beyond, and we’re proud to offer general practice care alongside advanced services such as orthopaedics, advanced soft tissue surgery and neonatal support — all under one roof. With a strong reputation for compassion, continuity and clinical integrity, we're now growing our team and seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon who wants to be part of our next exciting chapter. **🌟 What We’re Offering** 💷 £50,000–£60,000 salary - depending on experience 🗓 40 hour week over 4 days – enjoy a true work/life balance 🌙 No OOH – we’re supported overnight by Vets4Pets Romford 🏡 Free on site accommodation for the first 3 months if relocating 📚 £1,000 CPD allowance per year 🩺 RCVS registration fees fully paid 💰 Pension contributions ❤️ A truly supportive team environment in an independently run practice About You We’re looking for a mid-career vet with confidence in routine consults and surgeries, who’s also: - Passionate about client relationships and continuity of care - Keen to work with a varied caseload - from hamsters to Great Danes - Comfortable working within a small team of vets, nurses and care assistants - Open to new ideas — and ready to grow with us As there will be sole charge days, you will need to feel both confident and competent in working solo although you will have the valued support of a strong nursing team.
