This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in keeping environments clean, organised, and operational, and who can support site teams when required. Primary Duties – Yard & Office (Benfleet) • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised yard, • Carry out general handyman and maintenance tasks, • Minor repairs, basic fixes, and day-to-day upkeep, • Assist with organising tools, materials, and equipment, • Travel to construction sites as required, • Provide general site support and labouring assistance, • Help with site set-up, clearance, and demobilisation, • Experience in handyman, maintenance, or labouring work, • Full UK driving licence – essential, • Willing and able to travel to London sites, • Physically fit and comfortable with manual work, • Able to work independently and take instruction, • CSCS card, • Construction or rail environment experience, • Full-time, ongoing work for the right candidate, • Varied role with yard and site work, • Stable company with long-term workload
