PGM Carpentry Contractors Ltd are seeking a reliable and proficient cleaner. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the single floor office and communal areas. While there is a preference for beginning or end of day hours, this is a flexible working role where the weekday and start time can be arranged to suite the applicant’s personal or professional commitments. ** Details of the role:** - General dusting, mopping and vacuuming of floors - Clean/polish windows and mirrors - Clean and sanitise kitchen sink and surfaces - Clean and sanitise restrooms - Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately - Follow cleaning rotation schedules and safe working procedures - Report any visible maintenance or repair needs - Cleaning equipment provided ** The right candidate should have:** - Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Good time management skills - No criminal convictions (background checks will be carried out) Experience: - Prior experience as professional cleaner preferred but not essential. - Minimum of household cleaning experience required. ** Benefits for the successful candidate:** - 28 days pro-rata holiday including bank holidays - Flexible working days/hours - Competitive salary - Free on-site parking - On-site cleaning equipment provided This position provides an opportunity for individuals with a passion for cleanliness and organisation to join a friendly team and contribute towards maintaining a pleasant work environment.
