Key responsibilities include: • Timely management of reactive service calls and other supporting services of both CCEP equipment and 3rd party equipment, • Prioritising work in a customer focused manor whilst driving productivity, • Managing part requests that can be sent directly to our customers and any supply issues, by ensuring effective communication to both our internal and external customer, • Assisting Engineers with identifying parts and general queries relating to equipment, • Taking pride in upholding the agreed ways of working to ensure that you are following safety policies and best practices to ensure safe-working for self and to protect others, • Drive a zero accident behaviour, • Experience of Service environment with exceptional customers service skills – both internal and external customers, • Proficient in systems knowledge (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft suite, Schematics based systems), • An effective communicator who is capable of building excellent Customer service relationships with a strong focus on problem solving skills, • Self-motivated, enthusiastic with an ability to be flexible and responsive under pressure.

Role responsibilities The Road Transport Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of rail replacement operations. Leading all preparation and review activities for Rail Replacement Services (RRS) to ensure that they are delivered in a safe and customer focused manor and any opportunities for improvement are captured and actioned. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. • Provide a visible, on-the-ground presence during Rail Replacement Service (RRS) operations across the TfW network, including occasional weekend and out of office hours work, to ensure smooth and effective service delivery., • Leading innovation in RRS. Working collaboratively with colleagues across TfW to review operations, identify opportunities to improve the service (both operationally and customer experience), and drive these improvements from idea inception through to delivery. Ensuring teams needed to support this are actively engaged., • Oversee the allocation of RRS Coordinators, ensuring optimal deployment to locations that support operational efficiency and deliver an excellent customer experience., • Lead the development of operational delivery plans for RRS, including special requirements such as additional staffing, queuing systems, and space management to support specific service needs. Purpose Of The Role Crew Wholesale team are critical to the success of delivering Crew’s Multi Channel Strategy. The Wholesale Coordinator will be responsible for tracking wholesale orders from supplier to delivery, communicating with our 3rd Party Logistics Partner, internal Wholesale team and Wholesale Customers. Responsibilities • Own the Wholesale Order Tracker, ensuring you and internal teams are updating as required in a timely manor, • Produce weekly reports from the tracker, e.g. on-time delivery, late intake, Expected rev vs Act. Revenue by week., • Highlight product delays to Wholesale Team, • where required., • Work with Stock Controller to ensure that the wholesale system stocks are aligned on the Crew and 3PL systems., • Push picks through to the 3PL for picking making them aware of any deadlines and priorities., • Arrange delivery bookings with customers, • Ensure logistics requirements for each wholesale customer are met first time., • Ensure Wholesale forecasts and priorities are communicated as timely and accurate as possible, applying corrective plans as required, and challenging internal teams where necessary., • Support peak planning and take action to minimise risk to KPI performance., • Manage reverse logistics through our 3PL ensuring visibility, speed, accuracy at minimal cost., • Track final delivery with carriers and follow up any required actions to successful conclusion., • Work with Crew departments to review processes and implement a culture of continuous improvement to increase control, accuracy and efficiency., • On time delivery to Wholesale customers, • On time, accurate reporting, • Exception Management, • A task orientated result driven self starter, • Ability to manage and work with 3rd Party Logistics & Distribution Providers., • Ability to plan, manage and prioritise a busy workload., • Ability to work alone and in the wider Crew Team to achieve objectives and deliver results., • Numerate with great attention to detail., • Knowledge of, MS AX or other Direct Fulfilment or Multi Channel Business system (ERP)., • WMS Systems, Preferably Red Prairie., • Experience in BtoB fulfilment.

High levels of accuracy and attention to detail is vital as this role involves careful data entry. You must also have a polite and responsive client manor both via email and telephone. It is a very busy and fast paced team so you must have great organisational skills. You will use standard office software, such as Gmail, Docs and Sheets, as well as in-house systems, so you will need to have solid computer skills.
