DP World is hiring a Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help position DP World as an end-to-end logistics provider in the minds of key internal and external audiences. You’ll create and manage engaging content — predominantly visual, supported by clear written messaging — to enhance understanding, drive engagement, and build advocacy for the Transformation team. By translating the team’s narrative into compelling visual stories and high-impact graphic design, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring their needs are met with clear, accessible, and visually engaging content. This is a critical role in supporting DP World’s ongoing success and growth. How you will contribute • Owning the day-to-day process of planning, developing, and delivering high-quality static visual and written content across formats such as PowerPoint presentations, infographics, SharePoint content, one-pagers, illustrations, and interactive PDFs., • Leading the creation of visually compelling materials in collaboration with internal and external creative teams, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and drives measurable engagement., • Creating and refining static and animated visuals, icons, avatars, templates, and other branded graphic elements., • Using AI-enhanced design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Figma AI) to accelerate concept development, improve workflows, and scale content efficiently., • Maintaining strong visual consistency across all deliverables, ensuring alignment with tone, style, and messaging., • Adapting visual assets for different geographies, audiences, and channels using AI and smart workflows., • Applying strong layout, composition, and typography principles to every design., • Ensuring final assets are technically correct, high resolution, and optimized for their intended formats. What will you bring • 3–5 years’ hands-on content creation experience. (A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a creative field is not required — this role is about creation and execution.), • Professional experience in visual communications, ideally in B2B and/or internal communications, with a track record of performing well in fast-paced environments., • Experience in project management within complex environments (valuable but not essential), with the ability to deliver against agreed objectives and timelines., • Strong creative ability — able to ideate, sketch, storyboard, and produce content independently, translating business needs into compelling visual storytelling., • Expert graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and familiarity with AI/generative design tools (Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Figma AI)., • Strong understanding of design principles (colour theory, typography, layout, and composition) and knowledge of web/print design techniques, file formats, and production requirements., • Ability to design across multiple formats: print, digital, presentation, and interactive., • Working knowledge of collaboration platforms such as Figma, SharePoint, and Miro., • Experience developing and implementing successful visual/content strategies and campaigns., • Experience with social media, particularly LinkedIn., • Strong writing skills., • Up-to-date awareness of modern design trends and innovations.
