The Junior Merchandiser role will have real ownership in a fast scaling brand. This role is ideal for a strong Assistant Merchandiser or an already established JM who wants more autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to influence ways of working. The main responsibilities of the Junior Merchandiser: • Own WSSI for your category, • Take full responsibility for a category, • Lead weekly trade meetings and identify risks, opportunities, and actions, • Build and present buy plans, sales plans, and trading insights to senior stakeholders, • Prepare and manage sign off packs and agendas, • Analyse historical performance to inform future ranges and strategy, • Manage critical path with suppliers to ensure on time delivery, • Work closely with product, design, and sourcing teams, • Currently an Assistant Merchandiser ready to step up, or already operating at Junior Merchandiser level, • Experience owning or supporting a category in an apparel / retail environment, • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, • Confident leading or contributing to trade meetings and sign offs, • Comfortable working with processes, • Commercially aware and able to spot risks and opportunities quickly, • Proactive and self sufficient Make sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.
