Senior Graphic Designer Location: London Type: Full-time, hybrid (3 days per week in Central London) About the Company This is a fast-growing, science-led DTC wellbeing and longevity brand on a mission to help people live healthier, longer, more vibrant lives through clinically backed supplements. After several years of strong growth in the UK, the business is entering a pivotal new phase, including a full-scale rebrand and repositioning, alongside planned expansion into EU and US markets. Design plays a central role in building trust, clarity, and desirability within a science-backed category. This role will be instrumental in shaping how the brand shows up during its next stage of growth. The Role This is a hands-on Senior Graphic Designer role focused on elevating the brand’s visual identity and unifying how it appears across every touchpoint. The successful candidate will own and evolve the brand’s look and feel, bringing all design assets under a coherent system and creating a distinctive, recognisable visual language that scales across product, digital, content, and marketing. This is not a purely strategic or people-management role. It is suited to a designer with exceptional taste, strong aesthetic instincts, and the ability to lead by doing. The role reports into the Head of Brand & Marketing, with a functional reporting line to the Content Lead, and works closely with Brand, eCommerce, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality design across all channels. Role Objectives • Elevate the brand aesthetic to a new level of clarity, modernity, and desirability, • Build and own a unified design system across product, digital, content, and marketing, • Create a distinctive visual identity that strengthens trust and long-term brand equity, • Translate strategy and storytelling into design-led execution, • Set the visual benchmark for the brand’s next phase of growth Key Responsibilities Brand Design & Art Direction • Lead and execute visual design across brand moments, campaigns, and product launches, • Define and evolve the brand’s design language, ensuring consistency and excellence across all outputs, • Own the design system, creating scalable rules, patterns, and components, • Translate brand and content strategy into cohesive, concept-driven visual narratives, • Design high-performing creative for paid media, website, email, and organic social, • Build clean, flexible layout systems that balance aesthetics with clarity and performance, • Collaborate closely with Content, Marketing, and Performance teams, • Create motion and animated assets for digital storytelling, • Use AI tools to support ideation, iteration, and creative efficiency Packaging, Print & Physical Touchpoints • Lead design for premium packaging, print collateral, and physical brand assets, • Ensure production accuracy through strong attention to detail and proofing, • Support supplier and vendor workflows with clear briefing and quality control Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner closely with the Content Lead to execute content direction visually, • Collaborate across Brand, Marketing, eCommerce, and Operations, • Present work clearly, receive feedback constructively, and iterate with intent, • Act as a visual brand guardian across all channels Requirements • 5–6+ years of professional graphic design experience for consumer brands, • Strong portfolio demonstrating art direction, system thinking, and high aesthetic standards, • Experience designing for performance-driven campaigns (paid social, digital acquisition), • Excellent typographic eye and layout discipline, • Experience working within regulated, science-backed, or trust-led categories, • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and confidence working in Figma, • Motion design experience for social, paid media, or product storytelling, • Experience using AI tools to enhance creative workflows, • Comfortable working within defined content strategy and messaging frameworks, • Able to balance speed with precision in a fast-moving DTC environment, • Strong communicator, highly organised, and detail-oriented What’s Offered • Opportunity to shape a purpose-driven brand within the fast-growing longevity and wellness space, • Competitive salary based on experience, • Hybrid working model (3–4 days in a Central London office), • 28 days annual leave including flexible bank holidays, • Private health insurance, • Employee product discounts, • Share options, • Strong career growth opportunities as the business scales Culture The company is fast-moving, ambitious, and collaborative.
