Paid Media Manager - Portsmouth Are you a Paid Media, PPC and Paid Social whizz? Do you have strong paid performance strategy and delivery skills? We’re looking for a PPC and Paid Media Campaign Manager to join a superb digital agency based in Portsmouth! You’ll be running paid ads for a variety of clients across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok. This role is perfect for someone with experience in PPC, Paid Media and Paid Social who wants to take the next step in their career. You’ll get to manage your own client campaigns, learn from senior specialists, and make a real impact on the success of this agency's clients’ marketing. Responsibilities will include: • Running and optimising paid media campaigns (PPC and Paid Social) across multiple platforms., • Keeping in touch with clients, updating them on progress, building relationships and making sure they’re happy with results., • Spotting opportunities to improve campaign performance and sharing new ideas with the team., • Working closely with a Senior Performance Marketing Director to learn and develop your skills., • Creating reports and pulling insights from campaign data., • Staying on top of new trends in paid media and bringing fresh ideas to the table. Our ideal candidate will have: • At least 2 years’ experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads and/or Paid Social)., • Confidence working with campaign budgets and performance targets., • Strong analytical skills – you enjoy working with numbers and spotting patterns., • Good communication skills – you can explain results clearly to clients and colleagues., • Organised and able to manage your time across different accounts., • A proactive attitude and someone who is always looking for ways to improve campaigns and add value., • Extra bonus if you have experience with:, • LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid platforms., • Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or CRM tools.
