This programme is unique within the reinsurance industry and is designed to compete with the best training programmes available across financial services. REACH includes: • A combination of in-person and virtual learning modules, led by expert facilitators and subject matter specialists., • A wide range of technical insurance and reinsurance models, alongside a broader curriculum covering professional, financial, and client-facing skills training., • Sponsorship from the Gallagher Re Executive Team, as well as support from a strong network of mentors and peer buddies to aid your networking and career development., • Opportunities to travel and connect with your cohort in major metropolitan locations, such as our office in the City of London. About You Educational Requirements: • 3 A-Levels at grade B or above (or equivalent qualifications)., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Professional approach when dealing with internal and external contacts., • Strong client focus and commitment to delivering exceptional service., • Ability to analyse situations effectively and provide well-thought-out recommendations., • Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed., • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines., • A keen eye for detail and accuracy. The recruitment process will commence with telephone interviews, which are scheduled to take place during November and December 2025, followed by assessment centres that are planned to occur in early 2026 to ensure a thorough and comprehensive selection process.
