Review, approve and/or issue technical Regulatory documentation to support EU/UK launches to ensure complete and accurate of Cosmetic Product Information Files (PIFs), CPNP/SCPN notifications, registration dossiers, claims substantiation and the management of Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSRs). Act as the expert on PIF requirements, train and guide other team members as applicable. Carry out maintenance and product lifecycle related activities Provide UK-specific support, including UK REACH related activities Follow-up with other internal functions (Product Development, Artwork planners, Initiative leaders, packaging, MD…) as to resolve questions related to the documentation. Commission and oversee third party partners to ensure that all products have been assessed for consumer safety and regulatory compliance and take accountability for the quality of the output. Senior Medical Negligence Litigation Executive - (Solicitor 3 years' + PQE) £35,000 - £55,000 depending on experience A great new opportunity has come up for an experienced Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join a well known litigation firm in Bolton! Offering a fantastic salary of up to £45,000, this role is perfect for qualified or non-qualified Clinical Negligence Lawyers with at least 3 years' of experience. This role will see you responsible for : Handling your own varied caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated Clinical Negligence files, including both fast and multi-track matters Deal with cases independently and without supervision from start to finish Support junior staff members to ensure that they are given the best possibilities for success Work to targets set by the firm and ensure that these are met or exceeded at all times Conduct relevant investigations in order to repudiate and/or conclude the claim. We are in need of a pre-litigation fee earner in our Preston Office A high-volume caseload of Fast Track Personal Injury RTA Portal claims following the MOJ process. • Key Tasks: • Progressing your caseload in a manner to ensure that clients receive appropriate, professional, timely and pertinent legal advice, with regular contact, whilst managing their expectations. • To identify early those cases where proceedings would be tactically beneficial to litigate and to do so expeditiously. • Identify cases that have an element of serious injury and escalate the cases and remove form the Portal.
