Requirements Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist, preferably within healthcare, medical services, or a similar regulated sector. Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practices, and compliance frameworks. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to build trust at all levels of the organisation and influence senior leadership. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Degree desirable. What We Need: Bar Managers are the go-to within their teams, they are responsible for guiding the team through the good and tough days (hopefully not too many tough days but this is hospitality!)
