We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join The Parent Infant Centre. The Parent Infant Centre is a small, renowned mental health centre established in 1990 by Dr. Stella Acquarone in North London, which includes the School of Infant Mental Health and the Parent Infant Clinic. We provide a comprehensive range of services, training, consultation, and resources tailored to support both parents and professionals. Our commitment is to promote and nurture infant mental health. The successful candidate will be an integral part of The Parent Infant Centre team offering invaluable administrative support, working across all departments with a particular focus on managing the smooth running of the office. This role reports to the Principal of the Parent Infant Centre, Dr Stella Maris Acquarone. ** Responsibilities** The job role is predominantly administration-based. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - the smooth processing and payment of invoices and accounts - organizing the schedule and timetables for students and patients - creating and co-ordinating materials for internal and external presentations - scheduling meetings and appointments - taking minutes of meetings - booking travel - answering e-mails and telephone queries - ensuring smooth running and organization of the office Knowledge, skills and experience - We are looking for an individual who has minimum one-year experience in administration and is able to hit the ground running with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - They must have excellent attention to detail with first-rate organisational and prioritisation skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams is a must. - They will be a quick learner of systems and be able to work both autonomously and with supervision/support.
