Keylime Consultants are delighted to be partnering with a leading international organisation in their search for a Total Rewards (Workday) Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking global business where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving HR and Total Rewards delivery on an international scale. The role focuses on delivering data-driven insights and ensuring alignment with established global frameworks while enabling better decision-making through Workday reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Reward Specialist with a strong background in benchmarking across multiple international regions. You’ll have solid hands-on experience with Workday and be confident extracting and manipulating data, creating reports, analysing findings and presenting clear recommendations for corrections or improvements. This is a permanent, largely remote position available in UK, Belgium, France or Spain with regular, planned international travel to key locations across Europe. Proximity to a major international airport will be a significant advantage. Total Rewards (Workday) Specialist – Responsibilities & Experience: • Strong experience in Total Rewards, including benchmarking (e.g. Mercer), developing salary structures, managing incentive programmes and overseeing benefits., • Solid understanding of reward governance, compliance requirements and compensation frameworks across multiple countries., • Proven ability to analyse reward and workforce data, turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations for the business., • Hands-on experience using Workday HCM, including building reports, extracting and manipulating data and working confidently with Excel (including pivot tables)., • Skilled at guiding and supporting HR teams to make effective use of Workday and best practice processes., • Strong communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships across international teams., • Fluent in English and comfortable working across multiple entities, • Flexibility to participate in regular, planned international travel, likely in the region of 6 days per month If you’re looking for a role where you can make a real impact in global Total Rewards, while also taking your Workday skills to the next level, this could be the ideal next step in your career.

Role Summary: Serves as a subject matter expert for the business and Human Resources teams on all aspects of reward policy, offering clear, practical guidance to ensure effective implementation. Supports the delivery of compensation and benefits processes, and produces relevant reward analytics and reporting. Key Responsibilities: • Acts as the primary contact for salary survey vendors, managing operational and tactical issues, and overseeing access and use of salary survey portals., • Develops and maintains salary structures and benefits communication materials across all operating countries., • Advises recruiters, HR business partners, and business leaders on the use of reward elements—such as salary ranges, benefits, and recognition—to support informed reward decisions., • Maintains and contributes to a library of reward guidance and communication tools, ensuring content is current and relevant., • Conducts compensation benchmarking using data from approved salary survey platforms., • Manages the full cycle of salary data submissions for all surveys in which the business participates., • Performs formal job evaluations using the Mercer IPE job grading methodology., • Maintains the global job catalogue, ensuring timely updates and accuracy of job data., • Generates and maintains a suite of standardised reward analytics and reports., • Handles queries and reporting related to annual bonus, salary review processes, and benefits renewals., • Serves as the initial escalation point for compensation and benefits cases raised via the HR support system., • Conducts scenario modelling across all components of reward to support strategic decision-making., • Contributes to sustainability efforts by supporting the identification and management of carbon emissions and reduction opportunities associated with reward operations. Required Skills and Experience: • Demonstrated experience in reward (min. 5 years) , covering all key areas: base pay, variable pay, benefits, and recognition., • Strong expertise in UK compensation benchmarking, job evaluation methodologies, and the use of reward-related technologies (e.g. salary survey platforms, benchmarking tools)., • Proficiency in developing and maintaining career frameworks, analytics, and reporting., • Strong numerical skills and a high level of proficiency in Excel.

Core Compensation Operations & Program Management • Own and Administer Core Programs: Serve as the go-to expert for our day-to-day compensation matters, including job evaluations, market pricing, and salary structure maintenance. Provide exceptional consultative service to People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders., • Lead Compensation Cycles: Play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our annual compensation review cycle and other programs, managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications., • Enhance and Scale Processes: Streamline and scale our regional compensation programs by improving processes, building robust tools, and partnering with our People Tech team to drive system integrations and enhancements., • Manage Vendor Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for third-party vendors for compensation data, survey submissions, and systems to ensure we get the maximum value from these partnerships. Strategic Analysis, Insights & Business Partnering • Business Partnering: With an effective stakeholder management be the main point of contact for a sub-regional organization for all compensation matters by delivering excellent customer satisfaction and advisory service., • Develop the Analytical Engine: Design, build, and lead the transformation of our regional compensation analytics. You will be the main point of contact for all regional data needs, from standard reporting to complex, ad-hoc inquiries., • Translate Data into Strategy: Prepare and present complex compensation analysis to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of our programs, and provide data-backed recommendations for program improvements., • Model for Impact: Develop sophisticated models to analyze the financial impact of various reward scenarios, helping leadership make informed, strategic decisions. Ensure Fairness and Equity: Conduct in-depth analyses on internal equity and pay parity, ensuring our compensation practices are fair, competitive, and aligned with our values. Qualifications Your Experience Required Qualifications • 5+ years of direct experience in compensation, with a strong background in broad-based compensation, analytics, and program management., • Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, including building complex models, handling large datasets, and advanced formulas, • Proven analytical and modeling skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights., • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and market pricing tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer, WTW)., • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Experience querying data with SQL or using statistical programming languages such as R or Python. Preferred Qualifications • Professional certification from WorldatWork (e.g., CCP, GRP)., • Experience working in a multinational and/or technology organization., • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Finance, Human Resources) or equivalent practical experience.
