The Company Prodent Group is a growing dental group combining: • A premium London clinic (Dental by Design), • Advanced laboratory capabilities (Vivo Dental Lab) The Role We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of paid acquisition across both the flagship clinic and partner network. The focus of the role is to: • Generate high-quality patient enquiries, • Google Ads (Search-led), • Search volumes are high, • Competition is intense, • Manage complex accounts, • Interpret data accurately, • Running campaigns directly within the platforms, • Refining targeting, messaging and landing pages You will be hands-on and accountable for performance. What You Will Be Doing • Managing campaigns directly within Google Ads (with a strong emphasis on Search) and Meta, taking full ownership of performance and ongoing optimisation, • Building and refining campaigns targeting high-intent patient searches, structuring accounts effectively and improving performance through continuous testing and optimisation, • Working closely with landing pages and user journeys, identifying drop-off points and making adjustments to improve enquiry rates and overall conversion, • Analysing performance data in detail, using platform insights and conversion data to make informed decisions, • Improving cost per lead, conversion rates and lead quality over time We are looking for a true paid media specialist with a strong, in-depth understanding of paid advertising. • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads (particularly Search-led campaigns) and Meta within lead generation environments, • Experience operating in highly competitive markets, not lower-competition B2B environments, • Strong ability to analyse performance data, interpret campaign behaviour and identify improvements, • Confidence working across targeting, bidding strategy, ad copy and landing page performance Candidates who have managed larger budgets will typically have: • Greater exposure to testing, • Stronger optimisation experience, • Generalist marketers Please submit your CV along with a brief summary of: • Campaigns you have managed, • Platforms used, • Budget levels, • Results achieved (e.g. improvements in CPL, conversion rates or scaling performance)
