Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead partnerships and collaborations across the wellness, fitness, and sports sectors. This role is central to building relationships with football clubs, gyms, wellness organisations, and online yoga platforms to promote Spiffia Wellness sports therapy, massage, and yoga classes. The ideal candidate will combine strategic partnership development with hands-on business growth, supporting our mission to expand access to wellness through both in-person and digital channels. Key Responsibilities Partnership Development Identify and establish partnerships with football clubs, gyms, yoga instructors, and wellness organisations. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to promote Spiffia Wellness services. Develop tailored proposals and partnership packages for different audiences. Business Growth • Promote sports therapy, massage, and yoga classes, as well as deep tissue services, within clubs and communities., • Generate new opportunities to expand Spiffia Wellness’s client base., • Collaborate with the team to achieve revenue and growth targets. Community Engagement & Networking • Represent the company at community events, club meetings, and wellness gatherings., • Build brand visibility within sports, fitness, and wellness networks., • Explore opportunities for online collaborations with yoga channels and fitness communities.
