Carrying out and coordinating routine maintenance & repairs in line with the grade and current maintenance plan requirements as directed by their Production Leader. • Prepare surface by cleaning, sanding, scraping and priming, • Mixing paints accurately to the required specifications for each vehicle., • Apply paint, topcoats, varnishes and other finishes primarily using roller but also including brushing and spraying techniques., • Repair and spray components in spray booth., • Conducting inspections to ensure product meets standards. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues relating., • Maintain a clean organised work environment. Carrying out basic routine maintenance of spray both and L.E.V systems., • Comply with safety systems and procedures at all times., • Update maintenance records within company systems., • Carry out non-maintenance related activities (e.g. Crane, scissor lift etc.) as directed by your Production Leader and where competent to do so., • Carry out all other duties where trained and competent to do so.
