Role Overview The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for the company’s overall technology strategy and engineering delivery. The role requires strong, hands-on experience across software and control systems, electrical engineering, and battery system integration, combined with the ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams. This is a systems-led role, focused on how software, electrical infrastructure, and batteries operate together as a single, reliable product. The CTO will provide technical direction, ensure quality and safety, and work closely with the executive team on product, growth, and customer engagement. Responsibilities Software, Controls & Data • Technical leadership of embedded and real-time control systems, • Ownership of system control logic, diagnostics, fault handling, and communications (e.g. CAN), • Oversight of cloud and backend platforms supporting monitoring, analytics, and optimisation, • Senior technical ownership of AC electrical systems and power management, • Experience with wiring, electrical distribution systems (EDS), and system-level electrical control, • Leadership of battery testing, validation, and system integration activities, • Strong understanding of BMS behaviour and control at the system level, • Experience integrating batteries into wider platforms using CAN-based communication, • Build, lead, and develop high-performing engineering teams, • Set technical standards, processes, and delivery expectations, • Act as a senior technical authority across products and platforms Requirements Demonstrable experience across all three areas: • Software & Controls – deep background in embedded and control systems, with exposure to cloud/backend and data-driven systems, • Electrical Engineering – strong AC electrical engineering experience, including wiring, EDS, and power management, • Experience in automotive, EV, energy systems, industrial automation, or adjacent domains, • Automotive or EV background is advantageous but not essential, • Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels, • Able to lead multidisciplinary teams and make system-level technical decisions, • Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Provide a summary to management of the terms that exceed Reveal’s provision and highlighting non-standard contract terms., • Reviewing invitations to tender, preparing and submitting required responses to tender deadlines., • Analysing tender requirements, duties and obligations to ensure alignment with Reveal’s capabilities and service offerings., • Drafting, reviewing and updating standard contractual documents, including terms of sale, NDAs, MOUs, partnership agreements and distribution agreements., • Managing or helping to manage subcontractor and vendor relationships. Reviewing subcontract and third party agreements as required by the business., • Assessing commercial aspects of new contractual activity to identify associated risks and benefits., • Leading contract negotiations with customers, suppliers and partners., • Sourcing, engaging and managing the provision of external legal and privacy advice relating to other jurisdictions, as agreed by the business., • Analysing both new and existing contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure that content is commercially and legally sound and maximises commercial benefits to the business., • Obtaining approval for non-standard terms., • Developing, delivering and maintaining effective commercial methods, processes and operational procedures to ensure contracts are managed in line with internal and external compliance standards, including ISO and GDPR and other applicable laws., • Ensuring legal documents move smoothly and quickly from drafting/receipt, through collaboration and negotiation, to signature., • Monitoring the implementation and performance of signed contracts., • Preparation of contracts for suppliers/contract manufacturers., • Ensure signed contracts and other legal agreements and documents are stored securely in One Drive., • Acting as Data Protection Officer for the Company, to include provision of data protection guidance and training to the business, annual reviewing and updating the privacy policy and data protection policy., • Supervising the Bid Manager, including day to day management, task assignment, coaching and performance assessments.
