🌟 We’re Hiring: Supervision Team Leader Xyla Healthcare services Permanent, Full Time Hours Homebased with occasional office visits £52,000-£56,000 per annum We are seeking an experienced and qualified CBT Therapist and Clinical Supervisor to join our team as a Supervision Team Leader. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on delivering high-quality clinical supervision, driving clinical excellence, and supporting the continuous development of our CBT workforce. Working closely with the High Intensity Manager, Clinical Lead, and Head of Digital Therapies, you will play a key role in ensuring robust and effective supervision structures are in place, contributing to both strong service delivery and positive patient outcomes. These include diagnostic, acute, and virtual services, all designed and delivered by senior NHS consultants and experienced operational teams, ensuring alignment with national clinical guidelines and best practice standards. 💡 About the Role In this role, you will: • Provide high-quality CBT clinical supervision in line with best practice and service requirements, • Lead, support, and performance manage a team of CBT Therapists, ensuring quality, compliance, and recovery targets are met, • Collaborate with senior leadership to maintain and enhance clinical excellence across the service, • Support training and development initiatives to strengthen supervision practice and therapist capability, • Monitor and drive performance against key service metrics, including recovery rates and quality standards 🎯 What You’ll Bring We don’t expect perfection.
