Senior Sous Chef Requirements: -Our client is seeking a hard-working sous chef who is passionate about cooking. This role is -very hands on, and you will be expected to help with mis-en-place as well as working on sections through a busy service. -The ideal senior sous chef will be a great leader and motivator for the junior members of the team. -We are looking for a senior sous chef who has a proven and stable employment history working in high end restaurants, luxury hotels or members club. -Previous experience working with British cuisine is essential.
