As a Senior Portfolio Property Manager, managing AST tenancies, with some small blocks, you will join a team of nine professionals within our residential sales and lettings office, including coordinators, negotiators, property managers and partners. Main tasks: • Carry out six-monthly property inspections across the SFH portfolio, • Identify and report maintenance, health & safety and compliance issues, • Coordinate and conduct tenant move-ins, check-ins and check-outs, • Complete and review inventory checks at the start and end of tenancies, • Ensure properties are presented to a high standard prior to occupancy, • Compare check-out conditions against inventories and report damages or issues, • Liaise with contractors, tenants and internal teams as required
