Customer Service Administrator\n\nLocation: Bradford, BD4\n Salary: £26,500 per annum\n Contract: Fixed Term Contract until July 2027 (Maternity Cover)\n Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm\n\nWe are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established manufacturing business based in Bradford (BD4) who are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team.\n\nThis is a full-time, fixed term contract to cover maternity leave until July 2027, with potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting both customers and internal teams to ensure production and order processes run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:\n\nProviding excellent customer service via phone and email\nOffering administrative support to ensure production runs efficiently\nMonitoring stock levels of materials and placing orders accordingly\nProduction scheduling to meet customer and business requirements\nCompleting daily administration, including issuing orders\nSales order processing using the company's ERP system\nTracking orders, updating delivery schedules, and keeping customers informed\n\nAbout You\n\nPrevious experience in a customer service or administrative role within a manufacturing or production environment would be highly advantageous.
