Our client, a leading law firm, is searching for a Facilities Team Leader to join their vibrant team in Manchester!\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n As the Facilities Team Leader, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining a seamless working experience for all staff and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:\n\nBuilding Relationships: Support the Facilities Manager in nurturing strong partnerships with key stakeholders, end users, and service providers.\nService Quality: Assist in developing and implementing improvements to contracted services, ensuring they reflect best practices in facilities management.\nTeam Leadership: Lead and motivate a dedicated team of Facilities Coordinators and a Receptionist, ensuring high-quality service delivery and performance.\nQuality Monitoring: Oversee service provider performance and compliance with quality management systems, ensuring standards are met and exceeded.Key Responsibilities Include:\n\nEnsuring the front of house service delivers excellent customer service at all times\nAssisting with administration including travel bookings\nDocument management\nWorking closely with a range of contractor and suppliers\nManaging AV equipment and ensuring smooth operations.\nOverseeing building maintenance, including minor repairs and upkeep.\nEnsuring cleanliness and hygiene across all common areas.\nFacilitating business continuity and effective waste management.\nSupervising health and safety compliance and emergency procedures.\nManaging office supplies, stationery, and equipment maintenance.What We're Looking For:\n\nTo thrive in this role, you should possess:\n\nExperience: At least 2 years in a similar facilities management role, with experience in supplier management and team supervision.\nSkills: Strong customer service skills, excellent organisational abilities, and proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).\nAttitude: A customer-focused, "can-do" mindset, with an approachable and cheerful demeanour.If you're ready to take on this exciting challenge and contribute to a thriving workplace, we want to hear from you!
