Client Account Coordinator\nLocation: West Edinburgh\nSalary: £26,500\nHours: Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:00pm (Fully Office Based)\nJob Type: Full-time, Permanent\n\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a highly organised and customer focused Client Account Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic organisation in West Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, supporting clients, and working in a fast paced environment where no two days look the same.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n\nManaging day to day client requirements and ensuring projects run smoothly.\nCoordinating client orders, managing timelines, and supporting production workflows.\nEnsuring materials are produced and delivered accurately and on time.\nHandling client queries, tracking deliveries, and preparing reports.\nWorking closely with internal teams such as artwork, estimating, production, and distribution.\nMonitoring timelines, identifying any risks, and escalating issues when needed.\nOrganising and prioritising tasks to meet strict deadlines.What We're Looking For\n\nExperience in a customer service, coordination, order processing, logistics coordination, project support, or admin/operations roles involving deadlines and client communication are ideal.\nStrong communication skills and confidence working with clients.\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.\nProficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.\nAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.\nExperience in print production or RFQs is beneficial but not essential - full training provided.If you are highly organised, client-focused, and ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role, apply today!\n\nThis vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Office Angels who are operating as an employment agency.
