Job Overview The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and managing top-tier candidates for roles within the pharmaceutical, biopharma, and life science sectors. This position requires a strong understanding of industry-specific requirements, compliance standards, and an ability to build relationships with both candidates and clients in a highly regulated environment. Role & Responsibilities • Develop and maintain an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for pharmaceutical, biopharma, and life science positions., • Utilise advanced search and media activity strategies to optimise candidate sourcing and meet recruitment targets, leveraging internal databases, ATS, and online advertising platforms., • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements, industry regulations, and best practices., • Collaborate closely with the Senior Recruitment Managers, Account Management Team, Vice President, EMEA and clients to understand role specifications, market trends, and evolving skill demands within the life sciences sector., • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with relevant legislation, including data protection and equal opportunities standards. Be aware of overall delivery against Service Level Agreements., • Support other Recruitment Managers as needed, sharing industry knowledge and best practices., • Participate in daily team meetings to set agendas and align on priorities., • Adopt a mindset of continuous improvement by staying updated on market availability, recruitment tools, and attraction methods relevant to the sector., • Provide consultative advice to candidates and clients, adding value to the recruitment process through excellent customer service., • Meet and uphold objectives, targets, and the core values of the Atrium group of companies., • Work on other industry recruiting roles as requested by the Vice President, EMEA. Required Skills & Experience • Prior experience recruiting in the pharmaceutical, biopharma, or life science industries is highly desirable., • Strong knowledge of industry-specific roles, compliance requirements, and market trends., • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital recruitment tools., • Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills., • Ability to work flexibly, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Commitment to upholding customer service excellence and company values at all times.
