Using a trauma-informed and therapeutic approach (PACE), you'll provide consistency, emotional support, and help children feel safe, heard, and cared for. 💼 Responsibilities: Building positive relationships and acting as a role model Supporting children with routines, personal care, education, and emotional regulation Recording daily observations and working to individual care plans Planning and joining in on fun and meaningful activities Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of each child 🧩 What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children or young people Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willing to work toward) Resilient, compassionate, and reflective character Willingness to work sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts
