The Role Industrial Disease Solicitor - Manchester - Hybrid - up to £50,000 As the firm’s Industrial Disease department continues to expand, an opportunity has arisen for a qualified Solicitor to join the team, managing a caseload primarily focused on Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS), Short Tail claims, and Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) matters. The successful candidate will be a newly qualified Solicitor with experience in Personal Injury, preferably with exposure to industrial disease claims. A strong understanding of the litigation process, along with experience in drafting legal documents and reviewing case materials, is essential.
