We are seeking Housekeeping Assistants to join our dedicated team at Lister House in Ripon, North Yorkshire on a casual basis . You'll help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment by carrying out a range of housekeeping task to exceptional standards. You'll be supporting residents' wellbeing through social interaction and high-quality service. These are casual Housekeeping Assistant positions, offering flexible hours to suit both your availability and the needs of the care home. Key responsibilities: Undertake a variety of housekeeping tasks as part of daily duties, assisting residents to keep bedrooms tidy. Using supplies and equipment according to health and safety standards. Provide excellent care and develop good relations with our residents to enhance their overall experience. Ensure all areas remain safe, comfortable, accessible and safe for our residents Ensure manual handling equipment and associated devices are routinely checked and cleaned for functional and safe use (reporting any damage if required). Uphold strict hygiene practices with infection prevention control methods. Billing Assistant (12 month FTC) Core3 are delighted to partner with a leading international legal business to recruit a fully remote Billing Assistant opportunity on a 12 month fixed term contract. How you'll make an impact Working as part of the Billing team, you will play a key role in maintaining billing output and accuracy in a high volume environment, using Elite 3E day to day to deliver bills efficiently and compliantly. Alongside your own workload, you will be someone the wider team can lean on, sharing best practice and helping junior colleagues strengthen their billing process and confidence. A typical day will include: High volume bill production and bill delivery using Elite 3E Updating and amending matter data to ensure correct billing, including sourcing missing information Resolving billing queries and keeping work moving within agreed SLAs Processing proformas, credit notes, reversals, write offs and amendments Preparing Excel bill schedules, bordereaux and supporting documentation Working to billing guides and templates to ensure compliance with client protocols and VAT treatment Handling confidential information in line with data security protocols Supporting junior team members where needed, helping them troubleshoot billing issues and improve "right first time" output This is a fully remote role with flexibility to structure your day within core hours of 8am to 6pm. You must be able to attend your aligned office (Newport or Birmingham) when requested, with hub days typically twice per year.
