Role: SEND Teaching AssistantPay Rate: £95–£105 per dayStart Date: ASAPContract: Full-time, Term Time OnlyHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm The Role: As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will: • Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, adapting learning to individual needs, • Assist in delivering EHCPs, IEPs, and behaviour support plans, • Promote inclusion, independence, and positive social interaction, • Support emotional wellbeing, communication, and behaviour regulation, • Previous SEND experience (desirable but not essential), • Transferable experience (e.g. care work, youth work, psychology, family SEND experience), • A patient, resilient, and proactive approach, • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, • Weekly PAYE pay every Friday – no umbrella deductions, • Short-term, long-term, and permanent opportunities, • Free SEND and safeguarding CPD courses, • A dedicated SEND consultant to support you throughout your placement, • £50 referral bonus for educators you recommend, • Pension scheme with employer contributions, • Clear pathways into permanent roles, • Competitive pay – we’ll match or beat other agency rates!
