What you’ll do You’ll be the driving force behind our commercial success - managing key relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring every client experience is first class. • Own your portfolio: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing accounts, maximising value through cross-sell and upsell opportunities., • Grow the business: Proactively identify and develop new opportunities, opening doors to fresh partnerships., • Be the face of IAM RoadSmart: Meet clients and prospects weekly, representing our brand with professionalism and passion., • Craft winning proposals: Create tailored solutions that solve client challenges and demonstrate real ROI., • Stay in control: Manage accurate sales forecasts and pipelines in Pipedrive CRM., • Negotiate with confidence: Finalise contracts, SLAs, T&Cs, and KPIs that work for both sides., • Collaborate and lead: Work closely with internal teams and partners to deliver seamless service and resolve challenges quickly., • Be an ambassador: Represent IAM RoadSmart at industry events and networking opportunities. What you’ll bring You’re a natural relationship builder and problem solver - someone who thrives on meeting targets, creating value, and making a genuine difference. • Proven sales success: 3+ years of experience exceeding targets in account management or B2B sales., • Commercial insight: A sharp eye for opportunity and the confidence to influence key decision-makers., • Customer focus: You care about creating positive experiences and long-term partnerships., • Organisation and ownership: Excellent time management and self-motivation., • Collaborative spirit: You’re a team player who helps others succeed., • Tech-savvy: Confident with Microsoft Office and CRM systems., • Bonus: Understanding of driver risk management and the automotive or fleet sector.
