Product Owner – Marketing Optimization Location: London / Hybrid (with weekly face-to-face team meetings) Company Description: BrandDelta empowers companies around the world to transform the way their brands can learn and win. We work closely with global marketing, activation and commercial teams to embed advanced analytics and decisioning tools into everyday workflows - moving beyond static reporting toward continuous planning and scenario-based decision-making. Role Description: We are seeking a Product / Business Owner to help shape, deploy and scale Brand Delta’s suite of marketing effectiveness and decisioning tools. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, product, and client delivery. You will develop a strong understanding of how our modelling- and optimisation-led tools work, and take responsibility for ensuring they are clear, trusted, and actionable for client teams. Key Responsibilities: • Product Ownership & Capability Understanding, • Develop a deep working understanding of Brand Delta’s marketing effectiveness and decisioning platforms, including:, • Econometric and response modelling concepts, • Optimisation and scenario simulation logic, • Planning constraints, assumptions, and outputs, • Act as a key bridge between data science, engineering, and commercial teams., • Help translate advanced analytical outputs into clear product experiences and decision frameworks., • Client Deployment & Adoption, • Lead or support the rollout of Brand Delta’s tools with client teams., • Run platform walkthroughs, planning sessions, and scenario discussions with:, • Marketing and activation teams, • Commercial finance / RGM stakeholders, • Ensure users understand how to interpret outputs, apply recommendations, and integrate tools into planning cycles., • Act as a trusted point of contact for product-related client feedback., • Product Development & Roadmap Input, • Contribute to product roadmaps across multiple tools and capabilities., • Translate client needs into structured product requirements (features, enhancements, workflows)., • Work closely with product, engineering and data teams to:, • Improve usability and clarity, • Enhance scalability across markets and categories, • Maintain consistency across platforms, • Commercial & Strategic Enablement, • Support internal teams in positioning Brand Delta’s platforms during client discussions., • Help articulate how different tools and capabilities fit together within a broader decisioning ecosystem., • Contribute to best-practice guidance for planning, re-forecasting and scenario analysis. Requirements • Essential Experience, • 5–10+ years’ experience in marketing effectiveness, analytics, econometrics, optimisation, or consulting., • Strong conceptual understanding of:, • Marketing response modelling, • Budget allocation and optimisation principles, • Planning and performance measurement frameworks, • Experience working directly with client marketing or commercial teams., • Ability to explain complex analytical concepts in clear, business-friendly language., • Structured thinker with a strong product and problem-solving mindset., • Nice to Have, • Experience working with analytics or decisioning platforms., • Exposure to multi-market or multi-category marketing environments., • Background in consulting, analytics platforms, or in-house marketing science teams., • Experience influencing product direction without formal line management.
