Were looking for a data-driven, impact-oriented Growth Analyst to support the execution of growth initiatives across Xes B2B and B2C platforms in United Kingdom and Continental Europe. Reporting to the Growth Manager, this role will serve as a key analytical and operational partner, translating customer data into actionable insights, running experiments across the funnel, and helping to scale revenue-driving programs. Growth Analytics & Insights: Analyze customer behavior, marketing performance, and product usage data to identify opportunities for growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion. Identify conversion bottlenecks and drop-off points across web and app journeys. Work closely with the Growth Manager, Product, and Marketing teams to propose data-backed solutions and track their impact. Partner with the Growth Manager and marketing team to support campaign execution (e.g. building audience segments, setting up campaigns in platforms like Google Ads, QAing landing pages, and managing tracking and performance reporting). Own experiment setup and post-test performance reporting to validate hypotheses and inform optimization. Market Benchmarking & Competitive Insights: Assist with competitive research and tracking key metrics (e.g. pricing, UX, product feature, positioning) of top players in cross-border payments, helping inform Xes go-to-market strategy. 2+ years of experience in growth, marketing analytics, product analytics, or consulting, preferably in fintech, eCommerce, SaaS, or other fast-paced, digital-first environments ~ Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative or analytical field ~ Proficiency in analytics tools, including Excel/Google Sheets and at least one of: Amplitude, Power BI, SQL, or similar a similar tool ~ Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis, including test design, significance testing, and interpretation of results ~ Analytical and execution-focused: you're detail-oriented, thrive in ambiguity, and excel at turning data into insights and insights into meaningful action. ~ Curious and growth-minded communicator: you love digging into data, solving problems, and clearly communicating complex findings to both technical and non-technical audience. ~ Competitive Salary & Discretionary Bonus ~23 days annual leave increasing with each year of service (capped at 28 days) ~ 4% employer pension contribution ~ Discounted Euronet Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) ~ Life Cover, Income Protections Scheme & Critical Illness cover ~ We want Xe to be a great place to work and to ensure that our communities are represented across our workforce.
