Head Chef – Eastern Balti (Multiple UK Locations) Eastern Balti is a well-established Indian restaurant group known for its authentic flavours, warm service, and commitment to quality. We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and uphold our high standards across our locations. Salary: Up to £41,700 per year Benefits: Pension and sick pay in line with UK employment law. Sponsor available for the right candidate. About the Role: As Head Chef, you’ll take charge of daily kitchen operations, from menu planning and ingredient sourcing to staff training and quality control. You’ll be responsible for maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene across all dishes, ensuring every guest enjoys a true Eastern Balti experience. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee kitchen staff and ensure smooth service during busy periods - Plan and execute traditional and contemporary Indian dishes - Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control - Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety - Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen assistants About You: - Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in an Indian restaurant - Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail If you’re passionate about authentic Indian food and ready to lead a skilled team, we’d love to hear from you.
