Reporting to the Nights Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following: You will be responsibile for the smooth running of the Front Desk overnight, creating a 'home away from home' for our guests. By providing exceptional guest service, you will also be supporting our Housekeeping team by preparing our guest bedrooms and public areas ready for the next day. You will also support the Nights Manager with any other tasks such as running the Night Audit and Room Service. We’re looking for a Chef to join our team, and help us continue serving up our “Monkey Menu". Responsibilities: Burger Mastery: Craft mouthwatering, high-quality burgers that are the heart of our menu. Vegan/Veggie Creations: Develop and prepare delicious vegan and vegetarian dishes that rival any meat option. Menu Execution: Maintain the integrity of our classic Monkey Menu while introducing new flavours and ideas. Kitchen Operations: Ensure smooth, efficient kitchen operations, with a focus on quality and consistency. Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years, Must have the ability to work alone at times.
