We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth objectives., • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across local and national markets., • Manage key client relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction., • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance digital presence and promotional activities., • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making., • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management., • Represent the company at events, networking functions, and industry forums. Required Skills • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills., • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office., • Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, ideally within the automotive, retail, or service sectors., • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering growth., • Experience in managing client relationships and working with cross-functional teams. Education • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
