Key Responsibilities for the Senior RF Test Technician: • Set up and operate RF test equipment such as spectrum analysers, network analysers, and power meters., • Interpret circuit diagrams and PCB schematics to test, fault-find, and repair to component level., • Test and configure systems to meet specific customer requirements., • Conduct production testing, generate reports, and ensure results meet internal specifications., • Diagnose and repair faulty finished goods., • Support test development by building test fixtures and configuring ATS set-ups., • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve quality and resolve issues., • Maintain and calibrate test equipment as required. Experience & Skills Required: • Over 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, ideally in RF infrastructure or wireless video equipment., • Solid understanding of IP networks and digital/analogue electronics., • Proficient in fault-finding to component level, with the ability to rework and replace components., • Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC 610 desirable)., • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively to tight deadlines., • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or similar (preferred but not essential).
