Tailored Recruitment Partners are excited to be working with a leading business in Bradford to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant/Internal Communications. Working for the UK Managing Director and Board of Directors the successful candidate will be responsible for • Providing high‑quality executive support to the UK Co‑Managing Directors, including international visitor co-ordination, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and forward planning., • Prepare agendas, documentation, presentations and briefing materials for leadership, board‑level and governance meetings., • Capture actions, decisions and risks, ensuring follow‑through, accountability and visibility of progress., • Organise leadership off‑site meetings and colleague events and key business meetings, ensuring high standards of delivery and collaboration., • Maintain governance, documentation and information flow with the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion. Internal Communications • Own and deliver the UK internal communications approach, aligned to business strategy and the mission and vision., • Draft, edit and coordinate clear, engaging and authentic communications on behalf of the leadership team, including:, • Leadership updates and announcements, • Business and performance updates, • Change and transformation of communications, • Town hall and all‑colleague briefings, • FAQs, follow‑ups and presentations Experience • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior PA supporting senior leaders (MD, Co‑MD or Executive level)., • Strong experience in internal communications, corporate communications, engagement or a hybrid EA/Comms role., • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences., • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, with good skills at anticipating future needs., • Confident working with senior stakeholders and handling sensitive information with sound judgement., • High levels of discretion, emotional intelligence and professionalism., • Strong digital capability, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
