Key Responsibilities\n\n • Support pupils with a variety of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs.\n, • Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and personalised learning activities.\n, • Provide one-to-one and small group support.\n, • Encourage pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.\n, • Promote positive behaviour and help create an inclusive classroom environment.\n, • Assist with personal care where required.\nRequirements\n\n, • Experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable but not essential.\n, • A patient, compassionate, and positive attitude.\n, • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.\n, • A willingness to learn and adapt to individual pupil needs.\n, • An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).\n, • Relevant qualifications (such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are advantageous but not essential.\n
