Role: RTA / EL / PL Intermediate Track Litigator Location: Leeds Working Pattern: Hybrid - circa 50% office / 50% home Salary: Circa £50,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Contract: Full-time, Permanent \n Are you an experienced Personal Injury Litigator looking to move into more complex Intermediate Track work while joining a large, well-established legal operation offering genuine flexibility and an excellent overall package? \n CRA Consulting are working with a major UK organisation looking to strengthen its Personal Injury Litigation team in Leeds. \n This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RTA, Employers' Liability or Public Liability Litigator who is comfortable running their own caseload and wants exposure to a varied mix of Intermediate Track claims. \n Why this opportunity stands out \n There is a lot to like about this role. \n You'll be joining a substantial and well-resourced legal operation where there is a real focus on quality of work, career development and giving experienced litigators the autonomy to manage cases properly. \n The package is also considerably stronger than many traditional private practice offerings: \n\n • Salary circa £50,000\n, • Annual bonus opportunity of around 8%\n, • Excellent employer pension contributions\n, • 29 days' holiday plus bank holidays\n, • Option to buy or sell up to 5 additional days\n, • Private medical benefit\n, • Employee share schemes\n, • 3 paid volunteering days each year\n, • Extensive employee discounts and flexible benefits\n, • Strong parental and carers' leave policies\n, • Hybrid working with approximately 50% of your time from home\n\n The Role \n You'll manage your own varied caseload of Personal Injury matters, with a particular focus on Intermediate Track claims across: \n\n • Employers' Liability\n, • Public Liability\n, • Road Traffic Accidents\n, • Pedestrian claims\n, • Cyclist claims\n, • More complex liability and quantum disputes\n\n You'll take responsibility for cases from investigation through to settlement or litigation, depending on the individual matter. \n Day-to-day, you'll be: \n\n • Investigating liability and quantum\n, • Reviewing medical and other supporting evidence\n, • Advising clients throughout the life of their claim\n, • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation\n, • Working within the Pre-Action Protocols and Civil Procedure Rules\n, • Negotiating settlements\n, • Progressing litigated matters\n, • Liaising with third parties, experts and legal representatives\n, • Maintaining strong standards around compliance, service and file management\n\n This isn't simply about pushing files through a process.
