    We are looking for Supervisor/ Team Leader to join our Roasting Plant Coffee store team, located near London Bridge Station Central London.We love to see our team members grow with the company and offer one of the best in class Leadership training to ensure we only have the 'best of the best' in the coffee industry.What you'll be doing:Experts in keeping things running like clockwork, in motivation and encouragement, and driving service excellence in everything they do. As a Supervisor, you will guide the team in the day to day running of the shop, being a jack of all trades and master of team spirit. Working with your Manager, you will assist in driving sales and championing company values, as well as keeping operations running seamlessly. As champion of the Roasting Plant Coffee ethos, you support with training your team and creating a positive vibe. We are an ambitious new opening focusing on a vibrant brunch service by day and a sophisticated small plates menu by night. Our mission is to blend artisanal ingredients with creative flair in a high-energy, beautiful space. We are building our founding front-of-house team from the ground up, and we know that a flawless daytime experience starts with an exceptional barista. The Role: Barista We are looking for a passionate, skilled, and hospitality-driven Barista to join our founding team. As the face of our morning and daytime service, you will be responsible for crafting premium specialty coffee, managing the hot drinks station, and delivering a warm, welcoming experience to the Kew community. You will work in a supportive, fast-paced environment where your craft is valued and your personality can shine. Key Responsibilities: • Coffee Craft and Consistency: Dial in espresso recipes daily, texture milk to a silky micro-foam standard, and pour high-quality latte art consistently under pressure., • Bar Management: Keep the coffee station, grinders, and espresso machine spotlessly clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout the shift., • Guest Hospitality: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and share your knowledge of our coffee blends and daytime menu with enthusiasm., • Workflow and Speed: Maintain a fast, efficient workflow during peak morning rushes without compromising on drink quality or presentation., • Hygiene and Maintenance: Execute daily and weekly deep-cleaning protocols for the espresso machine (backflushing, steam wands, grinders) and comply with all food safety regulations., • Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly alongside the floor and kitchen teams to ensure food and drinks are served smoothly together. Requirements: • Proven experience working as a barista in a fast-paced specialty coffee shop or premium restaurant environment., • Solid technical skills, including espresso extraction, milk texturing (dairy and plant-based), and basic latte art., • A warm, engaging personality with a natural passion for customer service and local community building., • Reliable, punctual, and thrives in a bustling, high-energy morning environment., • Local to Kew or the surrounding Richmond areas is highly preferred.
