In a recent survey 86% said they would recommend James Latham as a great place to work. We are currently recruiting for a Stock Controller to join our established team based in LOCATION. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and enthusiastic with prior experience working as Stock Controller. They should be an excellent communicator with good IT skills as they will be required to ensure effective stock control of the warehouse areas over a 24/5 operation. This should maintain product identification, location and quantities of product in line with stock on our bistrack computer system leading to accurate stock takes. Key duties for our Stock Controllers are: maintain accuracy of product inventories against system records by conducting checks and analyse inventory variances monitor the flow of goods and coordinate with purchasing department for incoming product. liaise with Depot Administrator regarding all incoming stock and transfers to ensure all products and documentation are correct to the Chain of custody policy and procedures. Coordinate with the Transport department regards any transfers and returns. Maintain highest standards of customer service in line with our Lignum Charter, COC and ISO procedures. To oversee stock control and placement of all products held in the warehouse. Ensuring all stock is in its correct location and all packs even split packs are identified with correct size and COC Chain of custody as in FSC/PEFC.
