Based in the UK head office, this Management Accountant role sits within a collaborative UK Finance team. You’ll play a key role in financial control, reporting, and insight, while also managing a small accounting team and supporting continuous improvement across finance processes. What’s in It for You • Competitive salary with discretionary annual bonus, • 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays, plus additional life-event leave, • Generous pension scheme, life assurance and income protection, • Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day home), • Modern offices with fantastic transport links, • Cycle to work scheme, annual medical checks and seasonal flu jabs, • Extensive wellbeing support including virtual GP, mental health and physiotherapy services, • Regular team and company-wide social events, • A supportive, inclusive culture with real scope for development What You’ll Be Doing • Producing full monthly management accounts with clear analysis and commentary, • Completing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies, • Managing and supporting a small general accounting team, • Partnering with the Financial Controller to review processes, controls and risk areas, • Preparing VAT returns and other statutory/government reporting, • Supporting group risk management and internal control frameworks, • Contributing to business intelligence and reporting tools, • Performing monthly OPEX variance analysis, • Supporting ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives About You • Qualified Management Accountant (CIMA or ACCA), • Previous line management or team-lead experience, • Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP), • Experience working with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred) and BI tools (Tableau / Power BI), • Background in a product-led business such as manufacturing, retail or distribution, • Comfortable working in a multi-currency environment, • Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage competing priorities, • Confident communicator with a practical, solutions-focused mindset, • Flexible, proactive and able to perform well under pressure If you’re a commercially minded Management Accountant looking to make an impact within a global business that values expertise, collaboration and long-term growth, we’d love to hear from you
