This role is primarily focused on accounts preparation for Limited company OMBs. The successful candidate will manage assignments from planning through to completion for partner review, while working closely with a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. The position also offers the opportunity to support and mentor junior staff within a collaborative practice environment. Role Responsibilities • Preparation and completion of statutory accounts for Limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders., • Managing assignments from planning stage through to final partner review., • Preparing accounts working papers, supporting schedules, and file documentation., • Liaising directly with clients, finance teams, and senior stakeholders., • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards including FRS 102 and FRS 105., • Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team., • Assisting with workflow management, job allocation, and progress tracking across assignments., • Working with a diverse client base across a broad range of industries.
