What Youll Do Provide one-to-one mentoring and pastoral support to apprentices throughout their programmes Act as a key point of contact, supporting apprentices with progress, motivation, and wellbeing Monitor apprentice attendance, engagement, and progress, identifying support needs early Work closely with employers, tutors, and assessors to ensure apprentices succeed Support apprentices with study skills, employability, and personal development Maintain accurate records and contribute to learner reviews and action plans What Youll Bring Experience supporting learners, apprentices, or staff in education, training, or the workplace Strong communication and relationship-building skills A supportive, organised, and learner-focused approach Confidence motivating individuals and helping them overcome barriers to success Relevant qualifications in education, training, coaching, or mentoring are desirable (or equivalent experience youre keen to develop further in an educational setting) Why Choose This Path?
