Role overview: As part of the busy Commercial Property team, you will handle a varied caseload of matters, including but not limited to: • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, • Landlord and tenant matters (including lease renewals, surrenders, and assignments), • Commercial leases and licences, • Development work, • Property finance and secured lending transactions, • Corporate support on property elements of business sales/purchases, • You will be working closely with partners and senior associates, benefiting from both their expertise and the firm’s excellent resources.
