Role Description Sheng Tai International UK Ltd is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Freelance Sales Manager / Investment Consultant to represent the company in the UK and international markets. This role is suited to a mid- to senior-level professional with a strong network and proven ability to generate qualified investors, close high-value transactions, and expand agent partnerships. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling our portfolio of Malaysian real estate and hospitality developments. This is a performance-aligned, commission-based position offering significant earning potential for the right individual. Key Responsibilities • Represent Sheng Tai International UK professionally to investors, agents, and strategic partners, • Promote and market the company’s property and hospitality developments, • Generate qualified investor leads and convert them into completed transactions, • Build, recruit, and manage a network of introducers and sales agents, • Conduct presentations, consultations, and follow-ups with prospective investors, • Maintain accurate records of pipeline, prospects, and conversions, • Collaborate closely with the Director on sales strategy and market feedback, • Attend (where required) roadshows, webinars, exhibitions, and client meetings, • Uphold full compliance with company guidelines and UK regulatory expectations Training & Support • Structured weekly training and strategy sessions, • Full product knowledge and marketing materials provided, • Ongoing support from the UK management team, • Access to the company data room and sales resources Candidate Profile Essential: • Mid to senior-level sales or investment experience, • Proven track record in high-value sales, property, investments, or capital raising, • Strong professional network (HNWI, investors, or agents preferred), • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven, • Professional and credible client-facing presence, • Ability to work independently while aligning with the company direction Desirable: • Experience in international property sales, • Background in hospitality or real estate investment, • Existing introducer or broker network, • Multilingual capability Compensation • Commission-based structure (performance aligned), • Earning potential: up to £92,000+ per annum for target achievers, • No cap for exceptional performers, • Flexible working arrangement (remote / hybrid / Manchester office access) Who This Role Suits This opportunity is ideal for: • Experienced freelance sales professionals, • Investment consultants seeking high-ticket opportunities, • Property brokers expanding into international developments, • Well-networked introducers looking for strong commission upside Application Process Qualified candidates are invited to submit their CV and a brief summary of their relevant network and experience via LinkedIn.
