Day-to-day of the role: • Main duties include working with pupils in Reception., • Assist in the preparation and delivery of daily lessons., • Provide support to individual students or small groups to help them understand the material and complete their tasks., • Work under the guidance of the class teacher to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment., • Help manage classroom resources and setup for activities., • Supervise students during non-classroom times including lunch and recess as needed., • Contribute to the monitoring and recording of student progress. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Must hold a Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent., • Experience in a similar role within a school setting is preferred., • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with children., • Good organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team., • A commitment to professional growth and development.
