ABOUT MOVEMEON Movemeon is a tech-enabled global Search and Consulting business. We work with leading PE funds, global enterprises, VC-backed scale-ups, and consulting firms to find the best strategic, transformation, and commercial talent. Founded by ex-McKinsey consultants, we've built a community of over 90,000 strategic and commercial professionals — 45% ex-McKinsey, BCG or Bain. Over 5,000 businesses partner with us, including Bain Capital, Advent, KKR, Amazon, HelloFresh and Uber. We've worked across 100+ countries, with offices in the UK, France, DACH, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, India, and the US. We're looking for a Senior Client Success Consultant with a recruitment background to join our delivery team. This is a search role at its core — but one that will feel meaningfully different from a traditional agency desk. You'll own end-to-end delivery on high-value mandates for senior strategic and commercial roles, working with a warm, active community of high-calibre candidates rather than building a cold network from scratch. You'll combine sharp sourcing instincts with genuine client advisory skills to place exceptional talent into roles that matter. Why this role? • No cold BD. Your roles come from an established client base. Your job is to deliver brilliantly, not to win the work., • A community, not a database. You'll tap into 90,000+ active, pre-qualified professionals — far higher conversion than a traditional agency model., • Better mandates. Roles tend to be senior, niche, and intellectually interesting — strategy, transformation, and commercial hires at well-known businesses., • Tech-enabled delivery. Our platform and data tools are built to make great recruiters even faster and sharper., • Ongoing client relationships. You'll build real knowledge of your clients' businesses and act as a trusted hiring partner, not a transactional supplier. What you'll be doing • Owning search delivery end-to-end — from role briefing through to offer and close., • Proactively sourcing and engaging high-potential candidates, using both our platform and your own market knowledge., • Building accurate, well-reasoned shortlists and articulating clearly why each candidate has been selected., • Advising clients on candidate quality, market context, and hiring decisions — not just presenting CVs., • Managing all candidate communication with care, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout., • Using data to track role performance, identify delivery risks early, and continuously improve your approach., • Keeping your pipeline and account data accurate and up to date. What we're looking for • A track record of successful placements in a recruitment agency or search firm, ideally at mid-to-senior level., • Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find and engage passive talent, not just those who apply., • A consultative approach to clients: you advise, not just fulfil briefs., • Highly organised, with the ability to run multiple searches simultaneously without dropping the ball., • A natural relationship-builder with strong emotional intelligence and communication skills at all levels., • Commercially sharp — you understand what makes a placement stick and how to manage both sides of a process well., • Curious about the consulting and professional services world; an interest in strategy, transformation, or PE-backed businesses is a plus. Nice to haves • Experience placing into or within consulting, strategy, or PE-backed businesses., • Familiarity with SaaS or tech-enabled recruitment models., • Fluency in a second language. What we offer • £40,000–£50,000 base salary plus up to 25% OTE bonus, • Visa sponsorship available, • 27 days holiday plus bank holidays (additional days for tenure), • Flexible working: 2 days/week in our Farringdon office, • Enhanced maternity and paternity leave, • Paid team away trips (recent destinations: Spain, Italy, Transylvania, Montenegro), • Central London office with snacks, coffee, and a genuinely great team Location: UK-based, hybrid (2 days/week in Farringdon)
