This includes: • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, • Understanding client hiring needs and providing tailored solutions, • Sourcing candidates through networking, job boards, and headhunting, • Screening, interviewing, and preparing candidates for client interviews, • Managing salary negotiations and guiding both clients and candidates through the offer process, • Following up on leads, generating new business, and developing new opportunities, • Creating and promoting job adverts, • Building your personal brand on LinkedIn What We Look For • Degree completed before starting (2:1 or above preferred), • Professional and presentable (comfortable in corporate office attire), • Sporting background or achievements (preferred), • Confident communicator, • Financially motivated, • Resilient and driven, • Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available), • Strong work ethic!!
