Interim HR Generalist Initial 3-month contract Near Slough Hybrid, 3 days on site (free parking) Competitive day rate Role to start in December Your new company I am currently exclusively partnered with a growing global organisation who are looking to recruit an interim HR generalist into the team. We could look at this role at either coordinator or advisor level. This role is an initial 3 month contract, with the potential to be extended or even a permanent opportunity for the right person. Your new role In this role you will be providing support to the HR team, across employee lifecycle queries, recruitment, L&D and payroll. • Be the first line of HR advice to colleagues for anything relating to the employee lifecycle, • Support with recruitment coordination, • Support the L&D programs and OD projects, • Payroll input for UK based staff, in partnership with the payroll provider, • Maintain and update the HRIS, ensuring data is correct, • Note-taking for employee relations cases, • Support onboarding and the compliance process What you'll need to succeed • Proven HR experience, • Willingness to learn and develop, • Experience with SuccessFactors would be an advantage, but not essential, • Able to drive and have access to a car as my client isn't close to public transport links, • CIPD qualifications are desirable but not essential What you'll get in return 3 month contract, potential to be extended or perm opportunity Competitive day rate Free on-site parking We could also consider this role on a part-time basis What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or email Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
