People Partner (Tech) – Hybrid Brighton LHH have been exclusively retained by our client – a high growth, technology business – to appoint a People Partner. This is a genuinely strategic HR Business Partner role – owning Talent, Performance and Culture in a scaling, product-driven environment. Our client is building modern People capability for growth, and this role sits right at the centre of that. The role You’ll partner directly with the leadership team to define and deliver People strategy – creating the conditions for high performance and enabling future capability. Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning • mapping future skills needs aligned to business growth and scale-up plans, • building pipelines + strategic recruitment partnerships, • designing / evolving performance frameworks, • coaching leaders to build capability within their teams, • initiatives that drive a high performance, values-led, inclusive culture, • reward and recognition, • talent mapping, • career frameworks, • leadership assessments Who we’re looking for You’re likely an experienced People Partner in a tech or tech-enabled/scaling environment, who can operate strategically and build credibility fast with senior stakeholders. you are: • commercially minded, data-led, pragmatic, • excited by building, not just running BAU, • passionate about leadership effectiveness + culture impact nice-to-have: • experience with global teams, • psychometrics / assessments background, • facilitation or coaching credentials Set-up: • remote-first business, • hybrid is preferred (Brighton HQ access), • reports into the People Director LHH is an employment consultancy that believes in talent, not labels.
